Communication From shop floor to social media: one identity

For me, communication works when what your customers see online truly matches what they discover when they walk in.

I make a point of creating real harmony between your online image and the experience people have on site. Everything must move in the same direction and tell the same story.

Building on what exists

Some businesses already have a strong, well-established identity. In that case, my role is to build on what exists, respect its codes and bring them to life consistently on social media.

Evolving it together

For other projects, the identity needs to be refined, modernised or rethought. We can then evolve it together before rolling it out across your communication.

Day to day, I stay hands-on

Communication starts with regular work: strategy, calendar, content planning, posting and social media follow-up. I keep the big picture and bring your communication to life at the pace of your business.

I also come on site regularly to create mobile content that is more spontaneous and responsive: stories, new arrivals, behind the scenes, the team, products, events, everyday moments… everything that shows what is really happening at your place, at the right time.

Communication that is lively, consistent and built to last.

And because a consistent image also relies on quality content.

I work alongside a photographer, a videographer and a graphic designer, depending on what the project needs.

This lets me build complete communication, while keeping a single art direction and real continuity between your identity, your materials and your social media.

Photography

Depending on the project, we can set up a real photo set with a studio backdrop and stands, ideal for collections, products, clothing or portraits.

But photography isn’t just studio work: we also shoot on the fly, in the action, at the heart of your business, to capture natural, lively images that are true to your world.

Video

To take content further, I also work with a professional videographer.

Presentation videos, social media content, behind the scenes, events, craft skills or scenes in action: we are on the ground, close to the action to create dynamic, professional and authentic images.

Graphic design

Depending on the project, I call on different graphic designers I’ve built ties with over the years, especially in Lisbon and Lebanon.

The idea is to choose each time the person best suited to the project’s world, bringing a fresh eye, outside influences and a more urban sensibility.

On my side, I keep the link with the field, the identity of the place and the reality of the region, so the result stays right, consistent and truly suited to your business.

Sign painting

I also work with a sign painter to create signs, shop windows and signage made entirely by hand. A craft that brings character, precision and real individuality to every place.

I don’t believe in copy-and-paste solutions.

Every business has its own story, customers, pace and highlights. That’s why my support can be one-off, seasonal or year-round.

The goal is to free you from this part of the work while keeping your communication regular, consistent and true to your world.

  • one-off
  • seasonal
  • year-round

The goal:

  1. that your customers recognise your world before they come,
  2. find it again when they push open your door
  3. and remember it after they leave.

Helping your business evolve, from the inside all the way to the image it projects.
